Name: Sapphire Rose Williams

Looks: Everyone believes Sapphire is very beautiful except herself. She has clear, copper skin because of her Native American, African-American, and Caucasian descent. She is somewhat tall at 5’8”. She has long, wavy jet-black hair that runs to the middle of her back. She has very big bangs that often cover a little bit of her right eye. She has deep, dark-brown eyes that turn black when she’s mad. She wears contacts but sometimes wears her glasses. Her usual attire consists of converse, skinny jeans, a graphic tee, and three rings on her fingers.
 
Personality: Sapphire is very cool, mellow, and laid-back but she can be a big ball of energy when she wants to be. She is very nice to people but she can have a bit of a temper so she doesn’t surround herself with people who could easily trigger it.
 
More info: Sapphire loves music more than anything in the world. It is her passion and the one thing that she takes absolutely serious. She plays the guitar, piano/keyboard, bass guitar, and drums but mostly plays the guitar. She’s in a band called The Roses with her best friend, Faith. She plays the guitar and does vocals. They perform at their local coffee shop and she also works there. She has a lot of friends but she spends most of her time with Faith and thinks of her as a sister. She is an only child. She also enjoys taking runs to stay in shape and listening to Faith reading her poetry in the shop.
 

Name: Faith Rose Hill

Looks: Faith is also very beautiful. She has clear, tan skin because of her Caucasian and Native American descent. She is only an inch shorter than Sapphire at 5’7”. Her hair is very short compared to Sapphire’s, just a little below her shoulders. She also has big bangs but has them pulled back by a hair clip most of the time. She has gorgeous blue eyes. She also wears contacts and sometimes wears her glasses. Her usual attire is converse, skinny jeans, graphic tee, and four bracelets on her arms.
 
Personality: Faith is very hyper and a lot of fun, but she knows when to relax and chill. Faith looks very fragile and sensitive but she is very strong emotionally. She is very nice and doesn’t have a temper at all.

More info: Faith loves writing poetry more than anything else in the world but music is right behind it in second. When she’s not performing with Sapphire or reading her poetry, she’s working as a waitress at the local coffee shop in Forks, Washington. She has two little sisters, 12 and 15. She also takes runs to stay in shape.
 

Melissa Williams Scott (Sapphire’s mom)
 
Age: 39 (Birthday: May 29)
 
Looks: Just like Sapphire. She’s four inches shorter than her daughter at 5’4”. Same clear, copper skin. Dark-brown eyes. Long black hair. Her usual attire is heels, jeans, a shirt, and a set of earrings.
 
Personality: Melissa is very nice and a very good mother.
 
More Info: She believes in her daughter’s dreams of being a musician and will encourage her no matter what. She is a wedding planner. She and Josh got married on March 26, 2006.
 

Josh Scott (Sapphire’s step dad)
 
Age: 39 (Birthday: January 21)
 
Looks: Josh is very handsome. Josh is three inches taller than Sapphire at 5’11”. He also has copper skin due to his Native American descent. He always keeps his black hair cropped short. His eyes are dark-brown. He’s muscular for a 39-year-old guy. His usual attire is sneakers, jeans, a t-shirt, and a necklace with a wooden wolf on it.
 
Personality: Josh is very laid-back and fun and cool. He’s very genuine and loving.
 
More Info: Josh loves Sapphire and her mom with all his heart. Writing is his passion. He is an author, and they moved to La Push so he could get some more inspiration. He writes mostly fiction and is in the process of getting his first book published.
 

Evan Halloway (one of Sapphire’s close friends)
 
Age: 17 (Birthday: August 22)
 
Looks: Evan has tan skin due to his chopping of wood and trees during the summer. His hair is wild, black, and extremely curly. He’s very muscular from summer job. He has deep brown eyes and a smile that could melt hearts.
 
Personality: Evan is very funny and sweet. He is very respectful and isn’t mean to anyone unless it’s about Sapphire.
 
More Info: Evan’s the quarterback for his school’s football team. He works at sporting goods store in Forks. He also plays the guitar and drums. He has a secret crush on Sapphire but isn’t sure if he should tell her or not.
